“Music City Box League is fun! Being on a team is great! I was scared at first about letting them down since this is the first competition of any kind I have ever done. I can’t believe that I am actually doing this since I couldn’t even do more than two sit-ups a few years ago. It’s cool that instead of starting out with something like a 5K I get to jump right into a CrossFit team competition.”
USA Today High School Sports recently named Karlie Paschall as the Gatorade Player of The Year for girl’s Soccer. Karlie has been training at CrossFit Talon since before the move to Premier Court.

Sunscreens are loaded with chemicals that are not only not good for you to absorb through your skin, but definitely no good for you when you inhale them. (I am talking about the ever-so-convenient spray sunscreens that you unintentionally inhale when applying.)
Special guest Jeremy Smith from the Nashville chapter of Faith Rx’d, discuss mental toughness and benefits of sleep.
