As a Paleo family, we are always looking for new and creative snacks for our 4 year old. When beloved Talon member Karen D. gave me a set of the reusable popsicle makers, I decided to give them a try. After all, what 4 year old doesn’t like a popsicle?
I am constantly amazed at how CrossFit has changed my physical abilities. I enjoy how strong I feel and see such a difference in what I can do with ease. We all do CrossFit for different reasons, for me Cousin Camp drives it home every year. I do CrossFit to be better at life!
